Design Intent: The residence is conceptualized to harmonize with the semicircular front road, embracing its curvature to offer spectacular views from every angle. The design leverages the site’s geometry to create a striking architectural expression, blending contemporary aesthetics with functional planning.

Façade Details and Features: The front façade is characterized by clean lines, bold geometric forms, and a combination of textures, including wood panels, glass, and concrete finishes. The angled walls are carefully designed to complement the curvature of the road while maximizing natural light ingress through slender, vertically-oriented windows. These windows not only illuminate the staircase well but also create dramatic shadows and visual interest throughout the day.

Verandah and Shading Elements:

• Ground Floor Verandah: The covered verandah at the ground level provides a shaded outdoor seating area, ideal for relaxation and social gatherings. The extended roof structure ensures protection from harsh weather conditions while maintaining visual connectivity with the garden.

• Upper Verandah: In contrast, the first-floor verandah is open to the sky, integrating a pergola with brise-soleil structures. This design element filters sunlight, particularly from the south and west directions, reducing heat gain and creating dynamic light patterns.

Roof-Level Terrace Design: The mumty roof at the terrace level incorporates an open-to-sky concept, with staggered levels oriented towards the south.
